About

Christina draws her consulting skills from rigorus experience in leading diverse teams and ground breaking science over the past 16 years in ALBA Synchrotron (Spain), the Australian Synchrotron and academia. Her background and past experience mainly lie in oncology with a great interest in developing skin diagnostics and therapeutics, as well as instrumentation. She has also worked extensively in tissue engineering, additive manufacturing and has established a global network of connections with academia. Her research has always had a translational focus and has contributed to the discovery of novel drug delivery methods and testing as well as the improvement of medical procedures in ophthalmology.

"I have developed strong skills coordinating multicultural and multidisciplinary teams of internal and external stakeholders for the completion of projects. I have been able to successfully deliver the BioSAXS beamline at the Australian Synchrotron, implementing it within 3 years and on budget" as Christina stated.

She is people-oriented with a great ability to build relationships and lead teams to high performance. With a solid capacity of prioritizing and handling multiple deadlines, considered highly efficient and with an international mindset.

Christina is a Greek native speaker, fluent in English and Spanish, with an international mindset and experience as she has lived in the UK, Spain and Australia.
